upgrading php3 to php4

So, is it worth it? I mean, is PHP 4 version stable already?

Many people out there using it? What are the main diferences?

Well let me put it this way, php 4 is faster, fixed bugs, and additional fuctions lots of new scripts use.

I don't think there is a single downside of using php 4 over php 3.
