HTML with SMS / MMS mobile phone message?

Is it possible to either email a picture using MMS from a mobile phone straight onto a website? Or more simply, send a text message (SMS) from a phone to a website?

If so, how is it done?

You'd most likely need an interface between a phone and a computer somewhere.
There are special services that allow you to send SMS messages to a specific number and these will display in a ticker that you can bind into your homepage.
