Cool. You just saved me tons of work. I did not know this feature was available.

You install the Save My Settings Wizard , in Microsoft Office Tools.

The information will be saved as a .ops file

See screenshot for where office tools are.

after installed you just run the wizard, which will happen immediately after installed and select save all setting from this system and choose a location to save the file to that has all the settings.

To import that file, you do the exact same, but after installing the Save My Settings Wizard, you just choose Restore previously saved settings to this machine instead, and select the file that was saved.

Again it should be a .ops file

    Outlook 2003 Question, again

Anyone know how to backup email accounts on Outlook 2003?

In Outlook 2000, it was Tools - Accounts - Export (and Import to Import accounts).
There is no Import/Export button in Outlook XP/2003 - the only one is in the main Outlook window under File - Import and Export - which only really caters to the PST folder.

Are the accounts now part of the PST folder? If not, how on earth do you back them up? I have about 7 different accounts and remembering the different settings is a nightmare

    Thanks

    James
