Have not experienced that but then again I only enter the full editor screen mostly when adding a new thread. Very rarely do I enter for a simple reply.

I get the same problem. Not all the time, but often enough to be noteworthy.

The same thing happens to a lot of avatars.

That would be IE's Red X Syndrome, I posted about it in a bug report over here

This happens to me too in Firebird, although they are not red X's, they just don't load.

I think it is in relation to what has been done to Apache in regards to the DDOS attacks.

IE really seems terrible with too many images. It seems to just stop loading images after a point... this happens on my graphics-intense forum(not vb3 yet) quite a bit.

Firebird doesn't do this... just one more reason I prefer surfing in Firebird.

2. Click encoding
3. Make sure auto select is checked.
4. Select, in my case, Western European Windows

No this is different, i dont believe its an IE issue at all..
