Where should I go if I want to sell ad space on my forums?

I have a forum with about 2,500 members and 50,000 posts, so moderate size. Does anyone have suggestions for a banner ad network where I can make a few dollars for click-throughs?

Google AdSense? It's not banner images per se, but it's supposed to really work.

Yep, give Google Adsense a try. If it works it really works. If it doesn't, no harm done.

OK, ive "submitted my site for review". I hope they accept me, as my website isn't exactly a holy beacon of light.

I tried using adsense on one of my sites. I took it off after two days because I kept seeing the same ads, one for help stop world hunger and the other for something about preserving wildlife. This was for a photo ratings site so needless to say it wasn't acceptable.
