Being a developer, I'm curious to see how much work you guys actually get done during the day. Most of my time is spent in meetings and other non-coding items.

I don't know if it's true or not, but I hear that Kier works at least 35 hours a day

it varies depending on our other tasks.

I can spend anything from 4 to 16 hours a day. But that includes support, research and development.

On average, how much time would you say you actually write code?

hmm maybe about a quarter of the time i'm working.

Huge amount of time is spent debugging or researching something which i want to implement etc.
