Regardless if he did or didn't do it. If it goes to trial he'll settle out of court just like he did the last time. I personally think he did it the last time cause if he didn't he wouldn't have settled out of court and would have fought it all the way.

I dont believe that you are guilty if you settle out of court. That is one very huge and stupid conclusion.

Not being an expert on legal issues, i would, if i was faced with such a case, settle out of court because why would you subject yourself to all the extras of a case?

So far it's all a media circus ... nothing has been proven yet, hell, he hasn't even been arrested yet ... but since the typical American has a low enough IQ to subscribe to trial by media, I guess I'm not surprised... slow news day for these guys this week, as they wait for the next declaration of war or a terrorist attempt or some other piece of juicy news to be lapped up by the public

Micheal Jackson's case is the third most important piece of news this week, I was watching earlier on CNN about the woman who's step-son got killed from the pool poisoning and I think she's innocent real sad testimony , o course she could be putting on show (this from someone with an above average IQ)
