  • Best place to register a domain name?

    Hey all,

I'm looking for a good website that I can register my domain name at. I'd like to have a good, affordable price with a good company that you would recommend 100%.

I heard godaddy.com is good. Can anyone agree with that? Also, are there any other sites that you would recommend? Thanks.

All my domains are with GoDaddy. I like the way they orgnaize all of them in one account number and you can edit any of them just by logging into that one account.

I use buydomains and have for a couple of years. Never had a prob. It cost $16 a year. BUT when you register they want you to do a two year min. so it cost $32 for two years. I went with them for the features and continue to use them.

I did how ever try GoDaddy recently and so far so good.

I've always used namezero.com. They've treated me well, support mulitple domains on one account, and throughout the year they have specials for $15/year.

            RackShack - $5/year + tax = $5.41/year.

Gotta go with rockergrrl on this one, ev1servers.net (formerly Rack Shack) started a domain registration service not too long ago, with $5/year + the tax which comes out to $5.41, which is the cheapest anywhere most likely .
