        Looks pretty nice. I really wish vB 3 would get released so one based on it could be made.

          There's two in production. Assassingod is making 'aPortal' (or was..) and NTLDR is making vBindex for vB3.

              vBindex has been released for a few weeks and is free for licenced users. Take alook at this post on vBulletin.org to find out how to obtain Beta 3 from Core Forums.

                what is the difference between VBsite and vBindex?

                I only ask because you seem to be the author of vBindex yet your using vBsite on yoru homepage.

                          vBsite, is a site application as the name implies and isn't available to the public, where as vBindex 3 has been designed from the ground up for vBulletin 3 and is meant as an index/front page to your forums. I also happen to be the author of vBsite

                            Yes I am still making aPortal (It's actually finished just with a few bugs)
