  • Love your office/desk chair?

I have a chair that cost little and is falling apart. I've got to replace it but have just spent the evening at the normal: office depot and office max and can not stand the idea of purchasing another ugly, black, half plastic half leather (really? Hmmmm...) chair that I have to assemble at home.

I spend too many hours in this chair to get something so annoying again.

I'd like an attractive (I'm a gal, okay?) upholstered chair for my desk that swivels and has padded arms. (No more plastic arms please)

Where should I look? Where did you get your chair. Do you love it?

I spent $300 i think on a Executive leather chair from Ikea.

Its all leather with a high back that goes passed my head, and if you hit this little switch you can lean back and it will go back about 60 degrees.

I'm willing to spend money. I just want to know where.....and making sure it isn't plastic and pretend leather.

        I need comfort. :-D

hehe the problem with those chairs ... make sure you check the weight rating! *doh* Ours was only rated for 195 .. hubby was 230!!!

needless to say, $450 down the drain in less than a year SUCKS! But it was damn comfy.

Thanks, I hadn't thought to check on weight although I'm a little thang.

And yes, I need comfy. Which is part of the problem of buying an executive chair. I'm a little gal and my feet don't always touch the floor.

I picked up a very nice leather d.write('<a href=" + dH + "&CT=' + dNCT + '>')Jobri office chair from my dads office. Very comfortable and has lasted 1.5+ years. Had to leave it at home when I went to college though. Damn shame. I loved curling up in that thing and watching a movie. So I would say anything Jobri is worth my money.

                      Two words: bean bag.

                      You know it makes sense.
