what interesting things have you done in your life?

I'm not going to go too much into mine, but I was thinking about this today and I've had one helluva life for someone only 34 years old. I've been to just about everywhere a person could want to go, I've lived on 4 continents, stepped foot on a 5th and seen some really wild stuff.
If someone were to tell me my own life story as their own, I would think they were full of ****.

If you died tomorrow, would you look back and think you've had a full life?

well crud, I guess I'll start off.

I've been to Mardi Gras in New Orleans, and to Carneval in both Rio and Jamaica.

I got to go to Alaska for the Exxon Valdez incident. We brought a huge crane barge up there to house all the rock and duck wipers and while we were there we picked up and drydocked every fishing vessel for miles around.

1) Threw a paper airplane off the Eiffel Tower that stayed in the air for at least fifteen minutes

2) Put my Name on the Ballot

3) Went to state nine times in my last two years of HS (sports)

4) New Years in Amesterdam, New Years in Vegas, Mardi Gras - A-Dam was by far the best

5) Stayed sober for a week straight back in 95

o Driven a real race boat to 135mph around a course.
o Participated in One Lap of America three times
o Passed college
o Lost my virginity at 14
o Toured Colorado with Ramsey during Access Graphics gala
o Started my own company and saw it grow
o Raced in Solo-1
o Raced Motocross from 11-20 years old
o Written a book that never got published
o Participated in open source (qmail)

Hmm. That's probably about it for interesting things.

Ummmm...

1) I've been to England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Italy, Greece, and Japan (spent a whole summer there).

2) I've lived in 3 states in less than 6 months - Michigan (home), Florida (my ex) and California (best friend).

3) I've been to almost every state in union, besides Hawaii *sniff* and Maine.

4) I got to go on tour with my cousin's band (they were on tour with Bush) for 2 weeks.

5) I opened for a popular singer from this lovely state of Michigan - Kristi Kates.

6) I'm in the middle of making my own CD - Indie.

7) I've met several famous people - singers mostly. Janet Jackson, Debbie Gibson (remember her from the 80s?), Jewel, Veruca Salt (my cousin band), Bush, Hole, Local H, No Doubt, and several others you guys probably wouldn't know.

8) I'm married and have a 1 year old son.

I say that's about it... Pretty extensive for a 21 year old...

Damn, I guess I lead a boring life.

I've been to every state on the Easter Seaboard (or should I say, Eastern Seabored), but I've never been farther west than Pittsburgh. I've never left the Eastern Time Zone. I've been to Canada and the Bahamas, but that's about it.

I've had some crappy part time jobs, some crappy full time jobs, some awesome part time jobs, and some awesome full time jobs.

I've been blessed with good friends, true love, family that I like, good health, and an awesome dog.

So I guess I can't complain too much...

It's funny, my friends used to tell me that I could write a book about what I have been through, but over all I think my life has been rather calm. It's hard to have an exciting life when it takes you 9 years for your bs. Moving from Canada to Texas was rather exciting. Growing up on the border of Mexico was interesting in a perverse sort of way. Suddenly moving from there to Michigan was an adjustment. Hmm, other then that, not much at all.

I was a fan since the first time I heard, "Out of the Blue" circa '84/'85. I was like 4 or 5.

While in the Navy was aboard a Destroyer that fired a 5" shell across the bow of a Soviet ship carrying balistic missiles, turned it around and sent it home from Cuba during the Cuban missile crisis, lived to tell about it. (Innocent passenger) Had no clue to what was going on!!! Except the Rum is very gooooood in the Caribbean.
