Goto the members area, from there, click on 'edit' and set the url to the site where vbulletin runs.

You can change this at any point.

If you follow everything in the license agreement, there should be no problems.

    vBulletin Site transferal

Now say that I have a vBulletin on one site, but I no longer want to use it on that website anymore at all. NADA. Is it possible to, later in the future, use it on a different site if I will no longer be using it on the original?

[Edit: I forgot to add that I will also be the owner of the new site too. so I don't think I have to do a user transferal and password change do I? I just want to use it on a different site.]
