      The "them":
      1. high healed shoes or platforms
      2. mascara, eye liner, or any other forms of makeup
      3. bras, panties, or any other form of woman-ish undergarments
      4. Womens clothing in general
      5. dresses or shirts that hang down so long they might as well be a dress
      6. boas (yes I knew someone who loves those things)
      7. if they are over 185 lbs, no tight pants or unbuttoned shirts
      8. fur coats
      9. spandex (many women shouldn't either)
      10. anything that contains sparkles
      11. ...and the list grows...and grows...
      12. fake hair....

What should they wear...well, nothing is more appealing then a man in a suit. Jeans can be good too depending on body.

Hey I used to where spandex tights all the time

Seriously they serve a purpose in life (but I would also wear cut off sweats over them)

I guess I can make an exception in the case of working out....but still no spandex if your overweight.

            Good

Cause running 10-20 miles a day in Minnesota in the month of January with out Spandex is not fun

I agree with that, unless you are Joe Namith - then you can get away with it

Reason I am moving south, to get out of this cold January air

But you forgot one thing - being named All-State and competing in multiple state finals - FUN

Everything about distance running sucks, until you cross that finish line and realize that 99.999 percent of the runners are behind you and still suffering

Oh and the ultimate fun is to run a 3.12 mile race and beat a guy out for a trip to state by .2 seconds

I guess I can understand that. Although I am not very athletic and I am not very competitive, I did tend to feel gratified when I would beat my previous best in a mile swim. Man, now I'd be lucky to finish a mile!

                    • oh dont worry - I used to go for my ten mile easy runs and it would take me about about 55 minutes

Now I would be lucky to just run one 5:50 mile
