Need Help

Heya guys.

I just got a Compaq Presario installed with Windows ME.

I am trying to set up the Ethernet card that is set up inside of here but it looks like I need the drivers.

Under Network Adapters I have Compaq 10_100 MiniPCI Ethernet NIC with the Drivers installed correctly.

It won't let me choose it as a modem though so I can use it to connect to the internet.

So I go to Add New Hardware and it shows PCI Communication Device except I don't have the Windows ME CD because my grandfather has it. Is there any way you can help me find Drivers to install ny Ethernet Card?

An Ethernet NIC alone wont get you online unless it connected to a cable modem or a LAN,

Im not sure what you mean by installing it as a modem? do you also have a modem in the Presario?

are you running on dialup/cable/DSL ???
