Since it is unaccessible to people via Domain or IP, ping doesn't go through and others (including myself) can access it just fine without any kind of problems, the problem appears to be with routing.
One partial reason for this could be Telstra's cable problems off the coast of China:

Guest repliedOriginally posted by okidokiYou're saying people can actually get to it?
I've tried with 30+ proxies now in various locations... no go.
Im still getting to vB.org, been awhile scence I seen only 15 people online. Erwin can get to .org (going by online.php) so at least we are not without admins ATM.

I need my vbulletin.org fix *twitches a bit*
It was working fine for a bit last night, then it gave me a windows search engine box saying the domain was gone. Now it just doesn't load, says site can't be found. I thought it might be a DNS issue with the domain. Or maybe it had exspired or something to that nature.
It seems to still be down today. I did a ping and tracet and both died or resquest timed out.Last edited by Realystic; Thu 8 May '03, 2:19pm.

I'm in Germany and access the web via the German university network ... no connection possible. PING won't even go one single step.
