MovableType, one of the greatest pieces of software ever made. It's written in Perl, unfortunately for me (since I don't know Perl) but it has a lot of great plugins for it if you need additional functionality.

Personally though, I like blogger. It's more streamlined, since I can blog from anywhere.

Bah, blogger sucks

I can blog from anywhere that has access to email or the web. There are also tools that I could download to blog without a browser if I felt like it. I don't see what else Blogger could possibly do?
