Sending money between two people in diff. continents through the internet?

I am 15 years old, and I need to be able to receive money from someone who is 17 and lives in USA (I live in UK).

The money is $30+.

We both do not have credit cards.

We both have bank accounts.

What can we use to send money to each other? Needs to be secure...

Well, it's optional, it's not required. A debit card lets you use the cash in your checking account, but many debit cards (like mine) can be used as both credit and debit.

I think most places online, like paypal, nochex (could be wrong on that one) etc. require a credit card, so you may just have to resort to snail mail. I'm not sure about nochex since I've never used it, but I think it's for UK'ers only. (Yes, you are in UK, but the other person is in US right?)

I know it costs $10 for a US person to send internationally... I'm not sure what it is for a UK person to send to the US.
