        To answer the topic question, you can't. MD5 encrypted passwords cannot be decrypted except by brute force. I guess you can say, "that's the way the cookie crumbles."

            Is there any legitimate reason to do this? Other than to hijack someone's account? Oh wait... that's not legitimate.

                  No, password as well, but encrypted. You can get the MD5 version, which is no help.

                    Decoding database password may have some legitimate use, but cookies...
