  • Hey what do you recomend

    Hey what do you recomend to keep people registering at your site. Lately my site has been getting a lot of new members I really don't know how I do it. But what would you recomend for me to keep it up?

    I think I head somewhere that 80% of all visitors come from search engines. Submit your site to Yahoo, maybe. If they think it's good enough (and it's not commercial) they will add it for free.

      I get a ton of hits from google
      but According to my stats i have only gotten 150 hits from search engines today im on google yahoo almost all of them

      I think I know why my sites doing good though. Another site went belly up and there coming to mines.

        I am getting a ton of hits from Google searches: a domain like webdesignforums.net and a page title of "Web Design Forums" really helps when people search for "web design forums" on Google

          i get a lot of hits from google for "mobydock" "hardware reviews" "girls kissing girls"

          A lot of the nasa guys like to search for girls kissing girls

                        Nope. IMO, more members = more growth, and more growth = good.


                        Therefore, by the transitive property of equality, more members = good.
