Harrassment. Can somebody help?

Hi all. I've run into a problem on www.80sxchange.com and I had to set the system so I can moderate new signups. The guy was originally copying people's names and posting very derogatory messages. Now, he's sending emails using what appears to be my email account (but it's not) and doing all kinds of ridiculous things..

Can anyone make any sense of the following?
