Spam Help in search for spam accounts

I'm helping a friend who runs a vBulletin board. Recently lots of new spammers moved in. One thing I noticed is that a high percentage of the spam accounts have under "About me/Biography" just the word "Man". Is there a way to search for users that only show those accounts, and not the ones that say "Family man/handy man/human/etc"? As in shows only exact match for the entire contents of the field "About me/Biography"?
