I nominate the board I am admin in: http://ubb.pgamers.com/index.php?s=. Inspite of its URL, it is a vBulletin board. Don't aske me why it is UBB, though (and yes, before anyone asks, it is registered, in case anyone wonders why it is UBB). The homepage is http://www.pgamers.com/.

Our board is very active, and it's really not new: we've been around for almost two years, though we only used vBulletin late last year (before that we used UBB).
