My Daughter is a HUGE Sailor Moon fan. (Okay, I watch it too...especially since Cartoon network is showing so many of the episodes.) Power Puff Girls is big in this house, too. Yeah, we're into "girly anime". DH has had an anime obsession for quite a few years--I think it was all those "Speed Racer" episodes we were exposed to as kids.

There was only one Anime I've ever really seen, and I think it was fairly popular..... it had to have been almost 10 years ago, but I remember the story was centered around a large glowing green ball? I remember the music in it was really good, some stuff from Journey. I wish I could remember the name though, it's on the tip of my tongue!

the only anime I have EVER enjoyed, atleast that I can remember anyway, was Voltron
that was my FAVORITE show as a kid, and it really pisses me off that out of all the old children cartoons they show nowadays, I can't find Voltron on TV anywhere.
And the new Voltron just sucks

I'm a HUGE anime fan

Around 30% of my 300+ DVD collection is anime, and no, none of them are from the DragonBall Z or Gundam series, thank you very much

I primarily collect adult-oriented standalone anime pictures, like Ninja Scroll, Ghost in the Shell, Akira, Wind named Amnesia, etc ... and yeah, this includes the Urotsukidoji series and most Pink Pineapple and Manga-18 productions (even Cool Devices!!!)

Right now, I am currently waiting for all Yamato special movies to be translated to DVD so that I can complete my collection (Yamato is known as "Star Blazers" to the yankee folk).
