Oh shut up...he has no idea what he's talking about. ICQ is adware, nothing more.

Far as I can tell Morpheus is not spyware and as long as you opt out of all the crap it wants to install (TopText etc) you're fine. Kazaa, on the other hand...
Well considering Morpheous is a complete rip of Kazaa, it most likely has it in there as well..

      Exactly, this is old news.

Some of these Spyware removers have spyware in themselves!

Also, guys/girls Kazaa allows to swap illegal software/music etc so adminitting you use it may not be a good idea

This spyware just checks out what sites you view etc, right? Can it find out whats on your computer etc?

Kazaa / Morpheus / Any other of the millions of P2P programs out there are designed for one thing: sharing. Sharing YOUR things are not illegal. And they can't prove you have anything illegal. Such as MP3s, how do they know that you don't own the CD? Well over half of my MP3s are totally legal, I own the CD and encode them for pure mixing and editing fun. And they aren't going to prosecute the users, they will (and are) go after the company itself.

Morpheus promotes the fact that their program does NOT contain spyware. Wether or not that is actually true I don't know.

Morpheus irritates me sometimes because they've got random popups that come out of nowhere and interrupt whatever it is you're doing.
                Well, there it is.
