We would like to get some reviews of using Vbulletin 4.x as a full-fledge CMS compared to following:

Drupal
Joomla
Wordpress
Rest of Competition.

Not really, vb4 CMS is sadly lacking in many key areas. I'm sure others have compared joomla to drual to wordpress and others have used joomla with wordpress.

What is it you need to do?

The only reason to use vbulletin is that you are going to be using a forum or porting a forum. The CMS currently is an afterthought. If you need a forum and have the time to grow with it, it will be good.

What exactly is it you need to do, without knowing that it really is kind of hard to help.

vbCMS is not a full fledged CMS. Its an article system with widgets.

Such comparison is futile ATM. I envision a long table with features, in which drupal, joomla and Wordpress have long columns filled with green V's, while the vbulletin column is filled with red X's.
