My problems that are referenced in the articles you linked that I wrote were resolved. Although I do think the way they to do business leaves a lot to be desired.

My only suggestion is buyer beware and if you have problems you're better off trying to fix the issues yourself.

Yeah i am fed up with their support. But now they have disabled my download options, which makes me to feel very bad about than. Matt has to be true to his customers. Now i can't even download skins

It seems that they listed vBulletin under 'Affiliates & Partners' at Complete... If that is true (likely not), then ask in customer support ticket area.

It is better just to get free ones and learn to tweak them yourself. It makes you better in understanding how things work... ( You will find it frustrating at first with vB4 and that may still continue with vB 4.1)

they are least bothered about their customers. You can check the support area most of the questions are unanswered! Something should be done against them

You need to consult an attorney for legal advice, Ombudsman and or MLA. I really do not know in your case.

I've done business with them. They were at least satisfactory.

Hmmm but 'm unlucky. They are bailing me out. Whats the point of disabling my downloads?

You sure you didn't break any of their rules? e.g sharing files etc...?

I doubt that is the case. Their way to do business with unhappy customers is to disable downloads in the hope the customer just goes away.

Publicly share you experience with them on webmaster forums. Negative reviews are not a big deal, but this reeks of fraud if you were not refunded.
That would let people have an idea how they conduct business with "customers".

yup, so only i have posted here. Just now got a reply from matt. He says that i am using proxy, hence my account is disabled. You can see their forums ruined by spam bot's. They are least bothered about their customers and their promises.

This excuse was used with AWS too, I believe (link to his public feedback on completeVB)

Shame the frauder, share your experience. Either get your downloads, or your money back.
