        Assign a style class in your <head> tags (or in your .css file)

        <style type="text/css">
        <!--
        .tdmain { background-attachment: scroll; background-image: url(images/flag.gif); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: right top; background-color: #CC0000}
        --!>
        </style>

        And in your <td> tag

        <td class="tdmain" valign="top" >

          If you do not want to use CSS, you can try this --->

          <td style="background-image: URL(images/bglogo.gif); background-postion: 50% 50%; background-repeat: no-repeat; background-attachment: fixed"></td>
