    no probs for me either.. i believe certain software running in background can mess with speed disk ?

    Anyone that uses Norton Speed disk needs, or will need help. It caused me massive nightmares and made a right mess of the HD - stick to the built in Windows defrag utilities.

    first time you use Speed Disk after Win Defrag it might take a while to complete since it reorders everything including your swap file. .. afterwards it should be a lot faster on subsequent runs of speed disk
