        eva2000: Yes and no. I'm on 100Mbit/s fiber (full duplex, fiber NIC) on a LAN Cisco Catalyst which is in turn connected to the internet nexus (NIX) in Norway at 100MBit/s

          Anyone that uses Norton Speed disk needs, or will need help. It caused me massive nightmares and made a right mess of the HD - stick to the built in Windows defrag utilities.

          Just a friendly warning.

            Like what did it do to ur HD? Its never messed up mine when i used to ude it.. O.o

              no probs for me either.. i believe certain software running in background can mess with speed disk ?
