Was a person installing vbulletin 4, running into problems and seeking support.

Only thing I can think of:
1. An Alpha or Beta tester posted in the wrong forum and the threads where moved to the appropriate forum.
2. Someone not authorized to be running vb4 alpha/beta was asking for support and the thread was moved to the appropriate forum.

Normally if a thread is deleted a thread not found error will occur.
