It is very similar in the frontend to vB, and I seem to remember that they had pinched some of our FAQ templates a while ago, but not sure if those are still there or not.

However, the backend code is different, so they are legal.

Actually James with the FAQ templates you're thinking of Burning Board (or whatever it was called). This one is the one that stole the whole style (including all templates and images).

OpenBB isn't bad, it's not a rip, I actually like it a bit(not as good as vB however). Burning board p*sses me off though. They even advertise that it's "very similar to vBulletin".
