Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I didn't see anywhere else that was appropiate.
Anyway, I need to download vB from the member's area, and got my customer number in there to retrieve the password. It's been some time since I've used it, and has since been lost. Anyway... I've hit the send password button a million times (slight exaggeration) and still haven't received it. It's not going to spam, or junk mail folders... I'm just not receiving anything. Is there something up with the vB email server?
Or is there another way to reset my account info, such as calling a phone number? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated
