    Non Refundable?

Wow bought a 2 month advertising spot on a forum.i get banned, then i kindly ask for a refund, i cant get it. It hasnt even been a month for the lil image to be up. What do you think of this? I think it is wrong. Thats no way to treat members.

Depends on what you did to get banned..
If it was a serious matter, and you were causing harm to the forum, or 1, 2 ++ of its members..

    Then not a chance, sorry!!

    Those were of course examples!!!!

Personally, I would have given you your money back if your infraction was on something rather light.."But I'm just nice", either way, I can assure you 90% of people would not agree with the refund...

I still do some part-time advertisement sale for my own profit, and once you pay, there are no refunds. Sure, buyers can make changes to their ad, but once payment is made the service is provided and it cannot be taken back.

Usually when I invest money into advertising on a site, I make sure there's no reason for them to void that contract. Just saying.

Update your behavior, learn from your mistake and move on.

On the forum anywhere, even the rules, never says that payments are non refundable. Even in the announcement thread for selling ads, nowhere did it say it was nonrefundable.

It doesn't have to, nor does it have to say refundable. They just have to comply with their relevant countries laws on goods and services sold.
