    They have a department set up ready for disputes. You can just email them if you own a trademark.

    I guess not. The same situation is not widely possible when you create a page for a famous, a product or a company. I believe facebook grab the page authentication from you.

    Actually, they shall allow username changing for a while.

    People were in rush first time, alot has made quick and wrong decisions.
