SFTP - Cyberduck and Transmit (both are great except for a mutually exclusive set of niggles)
SSH - See above and Terminal
Browsing - Safari (and Firefox for complex debugging/browser testing)
Firewall / security - Little Snitch, but only checks outgoing connections
Code editor - Coda (Yes you have to pay for it, but it really is worth it), Textmate (a bit annoying, but fantastic for the price)

Anything else you think is worth recommending?
The tools at mysql.org are pretty good with many advanced features, although it can be a little buggy.

      FTP/SFTP: Transmit
      SSH: iTerm.app
      Browsing: Firefox, Safari
Firewall / Security: Little Snitch, Throttled
      Coding (PHP): Smultron, Espresso

I find Espresso to be really good if you're doing lots of HTML work (I quote freddie: "drowning in #vbulletin 4 templates", and me too!), the ability to fold up large segments of HTML is really useful. Its syntax highlighting also doesn't hurt my eye... whatever that means
      Best Regards,

I use Transmit + Coda for my web development and FTP set up. If I need any cli, I use the "Coda" wrapper for Terminal, which is why it is almost always related to coding. I use Safari 4 to browse, and I am pretty much done. I have an iUseThis that isn't regularly updated:

              Some things I recommend:
              • AppFresh
              • Typinator
              • ExpanDrive
              • SuperDuper!
              • Skitch
              That's the end of that!
