Any good and effective SEO company/site to recommend?

Hello,
Anyone can recommend any third party SEO site/company that are really good and effective? I mean if a user start a new thread, the thread title and content will be on the first page of search engines if any users type the related text. I saw some vBulletin sites has such great SEO. Unfortunately my web host do not provide SEO services.

Anyone got any advice n recommendation?
