This week I sent a hard-drive back with a loud buzzing noise to an extremely well-known online electronics retailer. It was sent back to me at a charge of £19.54 and rejected for replacement due to cosmetic damage which was present when I had originally received the drive. Because the drive still was functionally fine, and the damage was so minor I didn't send it back in the first place. I sent an email this morning explaining my dismay and I hope they will rectify this situation, and refund me the ridiculous charge. I've attached pictures of the damage to show how pedantic they are being
