Birthright.net vBulletin Issues

Hey All,

Is it possible to have someone at Jelsoft Enterprises contact their customer who owns Birthright.net domain. Their site is almost 100% vBulletin driven and all communication between their perspective subscribers is being denied due to the following error "Invalid public key. Make sure you copy and pasted it correctly."

It is rather annoying because their "contact us" won't even work because vBulletin will not allow you send an email to their administrator. So nobody can inform thier of their problem.

It appears that their log in and posting functions still work, so they most likely have no clue that there is an issue.

It is actually kind of funny, but after a week the fun is gone from funny.

Jelsoft has neither the ability or the responsibility to maintain a site using their software. They also do not have the responsibility to alert an owner of a site error. There are features put in place which should notify the administrator of any database errors.

Oh I realize that they are not responsible for the site and nobody is asking them maintain it. Rather send out a friendly email stating, "Hey your site is broken and one of your customers reached out to us."

It is actually a great way to foster a strong customer relationship that requires minimal effort.

Not sure what an Invalid Public Key is as vBulletin doesn't require anything like this might have been for the Recaptcha third-party system. However visiting their site now, it appears to be resolved and the site is working.

Unpossible. The internet is serious business!

We simply do not have the time and resources to contact any of the thousands of vBulletin customers that may be having problems with their site at any given time. We have quite enough to do providing support to the customers that contact us.
