How do I sign in to JUICED 2: HOT IMPORT NIGHTS on my PC?

I've got this up on the screen at the moment....

If you wish to use this save game to earn achievements or play
online using Games for Windows - LIVE, please sign in to the the Games for Windows - LIVE gamertag you would like to use before continuing.

[A = Continue]

How do I do this? The only option it's giving me is press A to continue.

What do I do?
