Where To Go To Hire Someone for Server/vBulletin Setup?

I don't know if it's something I did with my host gator cPanel or what... but I need someone to fix my problems. I have my site setup through FTP as public_html/forums and it will work perfectly... although there's a catch. It shows up in the URL as mysite.com/forums and not www.mysite.com/forums

and it will only work if I have a permenent redirect through my host gator cPanel from mysite.com to mysite.com/forums

if I take that permenent redirect off and type the URL as www.mysite.com i get this message:

I would like to be able to type in the URL www.mysite.com and get my forum or antying related to mysite.com in the URL and have the www. in front of it. Where do I go for this? I've tried the forums and got no help
