HostWW.net......customer vent
I have been with them for a few months now, and all my forums are on a VPS there. I have had several small uptime issues, but today it appears their whole network is gone and my sites along with it. I have not even been able to log on to their supprt site to create a ticket. No answer to numerous voicemails and no forums. My personal email has been going nuts with complaints, yet I can do nothing but wait. Very frustrating.
I was able to get in brielfly a few hours, but nothing since. Meanwhile, hours have passed with no resolution and no forums.
