This just states that more people browsing your tv forum have the Alexa toolbar installed over those on the larger forum. Alexa only counts visits from people with their toolbar installed. This is why Asian sites typically rank higher as more people in Southeast Asia seem to have the toolbar installed than elsewhere.

Strange... absolutely nobody in Brazil uses Alexa Toolbar (at least I'm aware of). In my forum the users with Alexa toolbar is close (if not) zero.

They're not I mod a site with 7 million posts, and they are ranked 982K .. one might expect they're ranked a bit higher over my freshly started tv forum
