VB Beta 4 Watch....

Looks like most of the Beta3 fixes are in... based on the project tool entries

I am gonna guess at a Jan.14th VB Beta 4 release...

I hope they implement my suggestion (and others) about having a resized image of profile pic to use instead of avatar in other ppls profiles...and still keep the avatar in the forum...

If there are new tweaks and add-ons it'll prob be another beta, otherwise I wouldn't be surprised to see RC1 too.

Most SN sites have profile pics on the homepage to show who's online... if i remember properly... it would just be nice to have the option to turn one on in the forum and the other elsewhere...

As for RC1.... hmmmm... but then they won't add ANY new features (i think)... and there have been tons of good feature requests (including mine - bias) that can still be implemented without much impact to the overall code...

So i am hoping for BET 4 with new features...

Actually, that is a good idea but maybe let the member decide which one they want used? I would go for that.

Well I am not here multiple times a day to manically check if B4 has arrived. That only seems that way.

not intentionally, but yes you are right. It could be decided that it is stable enough as beta to be considered a rc, and beta4 might be decided to be released as rc1 - just saying this as example

Release Beta 4 as RC 6, and then sit back and watch folks flood the forums with "What the!!! Where can I download RC 5???"
