Now I have a forum what's next?

I guess a lot of you are at this stage now. You have a forum, a couple of thousand users, tons of posts and threads....

whats the next step to take to get the forum even bigger????

A lot depends on the nature and subject matter of the forum. I've found Youtube particulary helpful in recruiting newbies. Video editing and creation is so simple that you don't even need a video camera and footage to create one - then upload it to Youtube with your site name plastered all over it and hey presto - it brings folks in (if it's interesting enough)...
