    XP problem

I've reformatted my computer on this desktop around 5 times and I'm wondering if there is a program or way to delete all the folders other than the documents folder I'm using at the moment on the "DATA (D" drive? It doesn't allow me to delete them manually either.

Here is a screenshot (note that the only folder I want to keep is the "James.Admin" one).

Move your documents to another drive or back them up to DVD. Then with another folder open, right-click the D drive and chose "Format Drive". No folders can be open from the D drive to do this though.

You can also format from Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management by selecting Disk Management under Storage. Right click on the drive or partition and select "Format..."

If you're the only user for that computer then I suggest having only one account and then password your computer.

I've transferred all files to my C drive in a different folder, and whenever I click format, it just comes up saying:

I've closed all windows and programs that I'm running to.
