What registrars do you use and what ones do you avoid?

I use namecheap (who I think use enom, themselves). I like the admin options with them a whole lot better than some others. Judging from reading, not experience, I would stay away from godaddy. Also, I would stay away from any that charge more than $14 a year per, and don't offer who is protection. -

I use www.daily.co.uk simply because i wanted a UK registrar. They have great prices for .com's and co.uk'sTheir control panel is great too (See attachment)
Each option on the left expands to give you more options. They provide all the normal stuff you would expect, web forwarding, email forwarding, WHOIS privacy, DNS control, nameservers, transfers, holding pages, domain locking etc etc.
Had no problems with them at all.Comment

I used to use GoDaddy, now I use NameCheap, all my domains are in my NameCheap account now, I like NameCheap, support is good!Comment
