    What was the error?

Here is a nice book that can help:
    http://www.amazon.com/Windows-Admini...5909959&sr=8-2

Any online tutorial for MS-DOS should help as well.

The error was "The system cannot find the path specified"

I don't want to buy any books. Any other resources that you may link me to?

Try Google. That error pretty much means what it says.

Make sure you typed cmd instead of command. Both give you a window that looks similar. However the first is a 32-bit command processor and can handle long file names. The second is a 16-bit command processor and restricts you to the 8.3 DOS filename convention.

Both are available in Windows XP and Windows Vista. The first is available in Windows NT and Windows 2000. The second is available in any Windows 9x version and Windows ME.

Change directories to his program files directory.

                  cd c:\program files

                  or

                  cd c:\progra~1
