The vbGeek site is fantastic! I love the shopping cart and the text ads that he has going. I am looking at creating a web store around christmas and i'm having trouble trying to decide what software would be best.

No need to swear at us! Haha.
Pretty good idea for people looking for something specific. If I remember correctly, I think either Drupal or Joomla is supposed to work with VB.

Ahh, now I get it. Nope, no swearing from me. Just a silly way to indicate which ones I liked.

                        Nice listings going on here.

Hope I'm not outa the context when I ask for a mod/sw to integrate with my board.

I used to run a I*B ( don't wanna screem too much about it ) and there there was a shoutbox my members could choose to use as a popup one.
Meaning that they could have it next to the browsing window and still be uptodate with the shouts.

This seriously reduced the **** threads and posts.

                        Hope anyone have found one.

                        which exploded .............

I must admit, now that Vivvo have just intergrated vBulletin into their latest version just released. It's well worth looking into if anybody wants an alternative CMS Frontpage to SubDreamer. You really should check it's features out. It pumps out friendly URL in html format and much more. And it really is a powerful CMS designed for maximum SEO in search engines.

Here is aquote from the site on SEo features:

We are continuously working to improve the search engine rankings for our customers' sites and articles, and to keep up with changes in the industry. We allow Google to index the full content of our articles and Google regularly indexes our sites. Our websites are designed to be well balanced and search-engine-friendly and we position all the relevant elements (the titles of articles, important keywords, etc.) in the highly valued heading positions on the page.
Thus, we allow very specific fine tuning of every individual page thru series of options and features Vivvo has like:
                          • Full mod_rewrite support for complete website with shortest and most keyword-rich approach
                          • Custom titles and .html page names of every respective page and article you generate
                          • Automatically populated META Keyword and Description tags
                          • Automatically populated META Robots index and follow tags
                          • Custom fine-tuning of all META tags
                          • Automatic Sitemap

Subdreamer is nice, but wow it's expensive for what you get ($50 for the version that doesn't even have forum integration)

Yeah, but the version with forum integration is $100/£50. That's more expensive than a leased license =/

It'd be cheaper to hire someone to write a bridge for you to a free CMS.
