What would you do if you were to own Jelsoft?

People still think of Jelsoft as a bunch of geeks who have coded vBulletin in the basement. They should have declared vBulletin a proprietary closed-source software & price it at +$3500 per license in order for people to think of them as a company with decent offices & full-time employees.

I should had said, I wasn't referring to the people working inside the building, but more of the UK scum bags who like to trash nice areas *.

If I owned Jelsoft, I'd seriously consider making it open source ala Joomla and phpBB. Not a wise financial decision, but one that would benefit many.

Also I'd pay for a trip to snowboard for all employees.

Also I would present the company to Google and see if they don't need a community solutions firm.

On Christmas, I would give to each employee their choice of game console system.

I would expand the office and make a massage center.

All Starbucks you can drink all day for employees. Also all Mountain Dew you can drink.

I would offer all employees free classes of acting, their choice of music instrument, tap dancing, singing and percussion. Also they could choose two language classes to attend.
