    Actually the most expensive software i have purchased is Adobe CS-2..
    I get most of my software free, except Cuteftp pro, Nero, mIRC, Acronic and Perfectdisk, Power DVD, ACDSee 9 Pro, Dreamweaver Suite, WinRAR.....

    I believe windows 3.1 was around $20 at the time...
